Upon completion of the HT there were several posts of positive comments as to quality of construction (including one guy who inspected it in person). A very early response was that the MR2 aftermarket had deteriorated as the cars aged and numbers reduced - suggesting little real sales opportunity was actually there. I am jesdreamer, the guy who started the thread on 'parts for sale' looking for someone to share the cost of the 3D pattern for a hardtop I was building - Quite a long thread with lots of participation on design ideas but most w/o recognition of the constraints involved (our HT did accommodate a basic HardDog).
